XADO EX120 Gas Engine Restoration Treatment 8ml – 3-Stage Cermet Rebuild for Turbo & Naturally Aspirated Engines
Your Engine Has Been Wearing Down. EX120 Builds It Back Up.
Every gasoline engine — no matter how well maintained — loses metal from its friction surfaces with every revolution. Heat and pressure tear atomic clusters from cylinder walls, bearings, and camshafts, leaving behind scratches, micro-cavities, and lost geometry that conventional oil can never repair. XADO EX120 Gas Engine Restoration Treatment (8 ml syringe) is the only solution that works at the molecular level to rebuild what wear has taken away — and then protect it for 62,000 miles.
With 20% more active Revitalizant® than standard XADO engine gel, EX120 is the highest-concentration engine restoration product in the XADO range. Compatible with all gasoline and natural-gas engines, including turbocharged and supercharged. Works with all motor oil types including full-synthetic.
The 3-Stage Treatment Protocol
Unlike one-shot additives, EX120 uses a staged application approach that mirrors how the engine actually wears — allowing Revitalizant® to progressively rebuild surfaces layer by layer for maximum restoration depth.
Standard treatment for engines up to 10 quarts: 3 syringes applied across 3 stages.
- Stage 1: Warm the engine to operating temperature, then switch it off. Bring the syringe to room temperature. Add one syringe to the engine oil and idle for 5–10 minutes.
- Stage 2: After 60–150 miles, add the second syringe using the same procedure.
- Stage 3: After another 60–150 miles, add the third and final syringe.
Full treatment completes at 950 miles. Do not change the oil until the cycle is finished.
Can’t drive? 4 hours of idling = ~125 miles of treatment progress.
What You’ll Notice
- Within 20–60 miles: smoother idle, reduced noise, improved throttle response
- After full treatment: measurably higher compression, lower fuel consumption, stronger acceleration
- Long term: engine life extended 2–3x, 62,000 miles of cermet protection
Full Benefits
- Rebuilds Worn Cylinder Walls, Bearings & Camshafts — restores original geometry at a molecular level
- Reduces Fuel Consumption — up to 30% at idle, up to 15% under normal driving
- Restores Oil Pressure & Compression — brings both back to factory specification
- Increases Power & Acceleration — more compression + less friction = stronger output
- Reduces Noise & Vibration by up to 10x
- Cold Start Protection — cermet film stays on metal surfaces between starts
- Emergency Oil-Loss Protection — engine can run up to 200 miles with significant oil loss
Dosage by Oil System Capacity
- 3–10 liters: 3 syringes — 1+1+1 over three stages
- 11–20 liters: 6 syringes — 2+2+2 over three stages
- 21–30 liters: 9 syringes — 3+3+3 over three stages
- New engines (under 12,000 miles): 2 syringes in a single stage
- Post-overhaul engines: standard 3-stage protocol
